What Infocomiva does
Infocomiva Technologies is a software services agency headquartered in India, working with companies that need a small, accountable team to build production-grade software end-to-end. Our work spans custom software, web and mobile applications, ERP and CRM platforms, AI products, and the digital marketing that brings users to all of the above. We don’t take retainers as a substitute for delivery — every engagement is scoped, fixed-price, and pointed at a shipped outcome.
We work primarily with Indian businesses — domestic SaaS founders, family-owned industrial operators, logistics companies, fintech challengers, education institutions, hospitality chains and non-profits. Our delivery model is built around the constraints those buyers actually face: fixed budgets, GST & compliance realities, mobile-first user bases, and the need for a partner who picks up the phone in IST.
Why “builder-operator”
A consultancy gives you a deck. A staff-aug shop gives you developers to manage. A builder-operator gives you a shipped product and stays on the call when something breaks on day 500. We use the same engineering stack we sell — observability, CI gates, type-checked code, automated backups — on our own work before we ever installed it for a client. Production-grade isn’t an upsell at Infocomiva; it’s the default.
How we work
Every engagement follows the same four-phase shape — but the framework is scaffolding, not a Gantt chart. Pivots inside the original budget are absorbed, not change-ordered. The MSA we sign with you puts that clause in writing.
- Discover — a short workshop with the people who actually use the system today. We watch the workflow, understand the bottleneck, and read the data that lives where.
- Design — click-through prototypes you approve before a single API endpoint is written. Catching a bad assumption in Figma is a hundred times cheaper than catching it in production.
- Ship — two-week iterations, with something usable at the end of each. Production-grade observability is wired before launch, not as a six-month-later afterthought.
- Support — same team after go-live. No handoff to a different support shop with a different SLA. The people who designed your product are the people who maintain it on day 500.
What we don’t do
Telling you what we don’t take is the most honest thing on this page. We’ll refer you to a specialist for any of these instead of faking it:
- SOC 2 / PCI / HIPAA audit certification — we’ll build compliance-friendly architecture, but the audit itself needs a certified firm.
- Embedded firmware or chip-level work — outside our depth.
- Hyper-specialised SEO data-science — we run pragmatic SEO baselines but won’t pretend to be an analytics-PhD shop.
- Body-shop / staff augmentation — we take outcome ownership, not headcount tickets.
What you own at the end
A lot of agency relationships break down at offboarding. Ours don’t, because there’s nothing to negotiate at the exit — you own everything from day one:
- Code in your GitHub organisation, pushed from commit #1.
- Domain & DNS at your registrar; we get delegated access, not ownership.
- Cloud bills in your name on Vercel, AWS, Cloudflare or whichever provider fits — we’re collaborators on the account, not the account holder.
- Documentation — architecture, runbook, environment reference and on-call playbook handed off at every milestone.
- A one-week handover the moment you decide to take it in-house. The only line item that stops is ours.
Who Infocomiva is for
We’re a good fit if you’re a founder, COO, or business owner who’s ready to stop renting other people’s opinions and start owning a shipped piece of software. We’re a bad fit if you want the cheapest hourly rate on the market, or if you want to manage three developers yourself.
Read the “when not to hire us” section of the home page for the long list, or skip straight to booking a call. We promise a custom prototype in 24 hours after discovery — that’s the cheapest way to find out whether we’re right for what you’re trying to build.
